I like the site overall and it’s easy enough to use, but my gut feeling is the stock situation isn’t super reliable. A lot of the things I usually order seem to be out right when I need them, which gets frustrating

I’ve been using the app for my groceries and it’s been working great. It loads fast for me, the coupons are easy to clip, and checkout hasn’t caused any problems so far. I guess if the coupons work then the whole app is basically doing its job, at least for what I need.

I go to this Vons regularly, and overall it’s okay. I don’t want to make it sound worse than it is, because it’s not a bad store, but it also doesn’t always feel as clean as I’d expect.

Some days the aisles look totally fine, and then other times I’ll notice spills, sticky spots, or random carts sitting around. The produce section can be a little hit or miss too, though maybe I just catch it at busier times.

The employees I’ve dealt with have been nice, and I still shop here because it’s convenient. I just think the store could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness, so for me it feels like about a 3-star experience...

I check vons.com for coupons often, and some of the deals are actually useful. It’s mostly stuff I already buy anyway, so the savings add up on groceries. Not bad at all.

I order from Vons.com regularly, and the produce is kind of a gamble. Some orders are great, like crisp lettuce and fresh apples, but then other times I’ll get bananas that are way too green or berries that look like they need to be eaten that same day.
It’s still convenient, which is why I keep using it, but I really wish the shoppers were more careful when picking fruits and vegetables. If it keeps being this inconsistent, I may have to start ordering somewhere else, because it’s frustrating paying for produce I can’t really use.

The fees were reasonable. And who doesn’t appreciate not getting hit with surprise charges at the end?

the loyalty deals have really helped me save a bit of money here and there. It’s nice when the rewards actually feel worth using...

My first impression wasn’t great. The chicken was fine, nothing special but decent enough. The seafood was more hit or miss though — I had salmon once that smelled kind of old, which really put me off. Not the worst place, but that first visit definitely made me hesitant to go back.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was a relief. But wow, the store credit felt like it was moving in slow motion. For a minute there, I was wondering if it had vanished into the void. It arrived eventually, just not as quickly as I expected.

My card worked everytime and the payment went through fine. No issues at all, easy tbh.

Clipping the coupons was quick and they did go through at checkout, so that part was easy. I just felt a bit misled because it wasn’t totally clear upfront which items or deals actually qualified.

I ordered again and everything showed up exactly as I expected. No missing items, no mix-ups, just a smooth experience overall...

My Vons order actually showed up right within the delivery window, which I appreciated because I was half expecting it to be late like other grocery deliveries I’ve dealt with. The driver was quick, everything was included, and the cold items were still cold, so no complaints there. I still get a little wary with delivery orders since things can easily go wrong, but this one was easy and stress-free

I had a minor issue where my pickup order was showing the wrong time, or at least that’s what it looked like on my end. I’m not totally sure if it was the app glitching or something with the order itself, but I sent a message through the site and got a reply faster than I expected, maybe around 30 minutes.

The rep was friendly and fixed it without making it a big deal. I did still have to refresh the app a few times before it looked right, so it wasn’t completely smooth, but from what I could tell, the customer service part was solid

I order from Vons often, and the bakery items have actually been really good every time. The rolls and cakes taste fresh and aren’t dry like I’ve had from some other stores. The deli sandwiches and sliced meats are solid too, and everything’s usually packed nicely. Pickup has been easy as well. no real complaints from me
