"Friendly grocery store"
I love the employee's friendliness when you walk into this store. It may be someone who's unloading produce and offers you a taste of the apples and can help you find the best produce to the checker who will ask you about your day. They have good prices and things go on sale each week.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at vons?

“Very difficult. All those delivery services are a bit difficult and Vons is right there, if not worst about contacting customer service.”
